We make videos about horror movies, nitpick b-movies for zero reason, dig up obscure appearances of famous actors, and revisit non-horror movies from the 90s for that sweet sweet nostalgia!
Our next video is another MCU mockbuster, can you guess who METAL MAN is ripping off? 😂
Couldn't get it done for today, so should be out next Weds. I'm not even gonna aim for Saturday cause it's Street Fighter 6 week and Juri needs my undying attention Friday.
Just a heads up, no video this week. Kinda in a slump right now and don't feel like doing anything much less editing.
That said, we have like 20+ videos shot that are just sitting here until I can edit them. Lots of variety including hidden gem b-movies, mockbusters, general horror stuff ofc, and 90s throwbacks.
Also a fun reaction with Selis of Sweet n Spooky for Tubi's Final Rose which I'm hoping to get out for Valentine's Day alongside another crazy video.
I don't think this needed to be said for missing a day but things have been slow in general lately so figured I'd fill you in.
Do you like the look of our videos or does the vhs filter bug you?
I personally like it, but in a year of using it haven't heard much feedback either way. I've only had one negative comment about it and that was it.
imo it helps with the colors and makes sense for the style of the "diggin in the crates"/b-movie videos. The logic here is that I use bad transitions and colors on purpose, and without the filter it would just look like noob editing. 😂
Share any and all thoughts. I'm not married to anything here branding wise.
Our other channel @BloodbathAndBeyond is less than 30 subs away from 100k! If you found this channel and don't know about that one, subscribe for structured horror reviews! Same crew over there, just a bit more structure. youtube.com/bloodbathandbeyond
First and foremost, these won't be over the top reactions, they are longer, low-key, chill videos with me completely vulnerable. Polar opposite to what you've seen from me before.
I've compiled a big list of popular movies I haven't seen (my list would shock you tbh) and started recording myself watching them for the first time just in case I made this channel.
I also want to state up front that I'm basically doing these cause "why not?". They are solo and the editing is fast enough to not get in the way of anything else. I'll do 20-30 videos to see if I still like the process and see if it goes anywhere.
I've recorded 6 videos so far: - John Wick - Rambo (First Blood) - Princess Bride - Clue - Harry Potter (out now) - The Breakfast Club (out now)
Just wanted to thank everyone for watching our videos this year. It truly means the world to us and hearing people reminisce about movies we're covering is wonderful! Or finding out about some that you've never heard of is equally cool!
I know it's been weird shifting from BB&B over to Bloodbath TV but the shift in tone to being less filmmaking focused and just having fun with movies is something we needed to go back to and be more consistent with.
Just a heads up, I'll be taking a week off to work on other stuff for the channel. Really want to hammer out some of the ideas I mention below before I get swept back into the endless grind of content creation. 😂
📺 WHAT'S NEXT? 📺
As I mentioned when creating this channel we'll be introducing more 90s movies that are non-horror.
That starts with the first video in the new year.
We will still be primarily b-movies but we have stuff on our nostalgic list that we've been filming behind the scenes like Tank Girl, Barb Wire, Encino Man, Stay Tuned, and more!
With this comes another new look. 😂 We want to capture the 90s public access vibe. I've already been quietly introducing different editing into the videos that has been well received so it's kinda double downing on that.
The idea is being like a tv show that can flick to other shows / channels (a la our last few videos). It's what I wanted to do out the gate but didn't nail as well as I would have liked.
Pardon my ramble. I like this stuff. 😂
👕 MERCH 👕
I'm working on some designs and I'm hoping to get new stuff added to the store soon. Squatch shirts? Goosebumps inspired Bloodbath?
Any ideas, let me know!

That's about what I have for now, so thank you again for watching!
