- Charlie Hart (she/they) is a professional speaker specialising in neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace and related topics. Charlie is multiple neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Complex PTSD), bi/pan and identifies as a Queer AuDHDer. As a CIPD-qualified HR Analyst with over 20 years' HR experience, Charlie's lived experience is underpinned with sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes, helping organisations to develop understanding, compassion, and respect for all kinds of minds.
