Plank looks simple, but trust me—most people do it wrong. And when you do it wrong, you don’t hit your abs properly and your lower back ends up paying the price.

✔️ Science side: When done correctly, planks activate your entire core (abs, obliques, lower back). That means better strength, stability, and yes—a flatter stomach.

🚫 Common mistake: Hips too high or too low. This takes the tension off your core and puts stress on your spine.

✅ My tips:

* Keep your body in a straight line (shoulders to heels).
* Brace your abs like someone’s about to punch you.
* Start with 20–40s, then build up as you get stronger.

Plank is more than a workout—it’s a patience test 😂
