Losing fat and gaining muscle postpartum is 100% doable. This photo shows a 5 pound difference that took 4 months to achieve. Strengthening the body while slowly repairing abdominal muscles after delivering a baby takes time and I’m glad I didn’t rush it. At 41 I’m stronger and faster than I’ve ever been and I can’t even believe it. Let me know what parts (if any) you want me to discuss in my next video…

Took some fun shots in the nursery yesterday with just me and Annie Boo before Ava arrives.
