We have been taught to fear the darkness. To fear our own depths. Our rawness. our full expression.
For centuries women have been captivated, domesticated, separated from their bodies, voices and expression.

This channel is a way to reclamation.

Reclaiming the Feral Woman in us. The one who is at home in her shadows, the one who walks her path barefoot, the one who howls at the moon and bleeds onto the earth.

This page is an invitation to every woman to remember and reclaim her very own Feral Feminine.

Feminine Energy is not what you think.

How many of us have looked at Pinterest pictures of 'clean girl aesthetic' women, drinking their matcha latte in a fancy café… And while that can ALSO be an expression of the feminine, it is a very polished one.

And polished feminine energy is what we have been struggling under for the past hundreds of years.

Society trying to domesticate us, when in reality feminine energy is expressed in countless ways.

It is expressed in the sobbing cry of a breakup, in the fierce and loving way we set boundaries.
It is expressed in the wild laughter that bursts out of us without permission, in the sensual sway of our hips when we dance alone in our kitchen.

It is expressed in blood — in birth, in menstruation, in the raw cycles of life and death that move through our bodies.
It is expressed in our rage, in our softness, in our silence, in our song.

The feminine is not one thing you can capture in an aesthetic — she is everything.
And the more we allow ourselves to meet her in her wholeness, the more we return to our power.

Allow yourself to go there.. to the deepest parts.
The parts you fear the most because you don’t know if you can handle the pain.

Allow yourself to go.

Not all at once but bit by bit. Descend after descend. Deeper and deeper each time.
Blasting open your capacity to feel not just the light, the joy… But the darkness too.

And if you go to the depths of that dark abyss you‘ll realize..

That light and dark are one thing of the same.

What if the most brutal, silencing voice in your life isn’t someone else’s—but the one inside your own mind?
The one that tells you: Stay small and you’ll be loved. Stay quiet and you’ll be safe.

This voice is shame.
Not guilt over something you did—but the lie that you yourself are wrong. Unworthy. Too much. Not enough.

🌹 Watch now → https://youtu.be/d2PCVxBcrSI

And when we absorb that lie in childhood—when love felt conditional, when safety had to be earned—shame doesn’t just live in our minds.
It becomes the shape of our body, the tightness in our jaw, the rush of panic when we try to set a boundary.
It becomes the exhaustion we can’t explain, the chronic tension we carry, the voice that whispers:
"Don’t take up too much space."

But here’s what they never told you:
Shame is not your nature. It was taught to you. And it can be unlearned.

In my new video, I guide you through where shame lives in the body, how it forms in childhood, and what it takes to release it—deeply and somatically.
Because we don’t think our way out of shame. We rehearse safety. We reclaim truth.
We come home.

🌹 Watch now → https://youtu.be/d2PCVxBcrSI

You were never too much. You were surviving.
And now—it’s time to thrive.

Much love, Yula

Have you ever noticed yourself saying “yes” when your whole body wants to say no?

Or feeling like you need to fix everything for everyone?

Or freezing, going silent, when you wish you could speak your truth?

Your body is not trying to sabotage you — this is her way of protecting you from old wounds.

It’s not you... It’s what your body learned to do in order to feel safe.

💫 Some of the most common survival patterns women carry:

- **Fawn** → people-pleasing, self-abandoning, making yourself small to be accepted.
- **Flight** → constant busyness, overworking, escaping your own feelings through doing.
- **Freeze** → numbness, shutting down, feeling stuck and unable to act.
- **Fight** → harsh self-criticism, perfectionism, internal battles with yourself.

These Responses were created when our mothers and fathers weren't there for us when we needed them or when they harmed us.

But now… you get to teach your body something new.

You get to show yourself that love, rest, and safety are possible.

If you haven't already, sign up for my free Masterclass 'Worthy Woman' to teach your body to feel safe and worthy again.

Are you the 'Parentified Daughter'?

I used to think it was my job to make sure everyone was okay.

To keep the peace, smooth over tension, carry the emotions in the room leaving me feeling anxious and hyper attuned to other people's energy... Even the slightest shifts would not go unnoticed.

-> Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/v8rexVz8gd0

Sounds familiar?

This is something I see in almost every woman I work with: this deep sense of responsibility for other people’s feelings.

The craving for harmony at the cost of our own wellbeing.

And it’s exhausting.

This is not our natural state — it’s one of our many survival responses.

We learned as little girls that “if I keep others happy, I’ll be safe… I’ll be loved.”

But as grown women, it keeps us stuck in self-abandonment, resentment, and depletion.

In my latest video, I explain how you can spot if you are the 'Parentified Daughter' , how emotional over-responsibility shows up, where it comes from, and — most importantly — how to shift out of it.

We are sold unworthiness in whispers and headlines, in relationships, movies and advertisements. Women are conditioned to doubt themselves because a woman who knows her worth is dangerous to the systems built to keep her silent.

Keeping her feminine power under control, so her voice can't shake a world build on heartlessness and greed.

You were never meant to fold yourself into corners. You don’t owe the world a quieter version of you. Your power needs no permission.

Reclaim your space. Reclaim your voice. You were never too much — the world was just too afraid of your fire.

If you’ve ever found yourself overgiving, shrinking, or second-guessing your worth… I want you to know something:

it’s not your fault.

So many of us carry a hidden unworthiness wound — this deep feeling of “I’m not enough… I have to earn love… I don’t deserve rest or joy.”

➤ Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtvXL...

It shows up through trauma responses that most women don’t even realize they’re stuck in.

✨ Have you ever:

- Said yes when you really wanted to say no? (hello, fawn response)
- Felt numb, disconnected, or frozen in overwhelm? (freeze response)
- Distracted yourself with endless doing or perfectionism? (flight response)
- Turned frustration inward and criticized yourself harshly? (fight response)

If any of these feel familiar… watch my latest video where I shared more about how unworthiness hides in these trauma responses — and how to begin shifting out of survival mode and back into your feminine power.

FREE Masterclass!

Have you ever felt like no matter how much inner work you do — something still doesn’t shift?

Like… you know you’re meant for more.
You feel the desire.

But your reality doesn’t quite match what you know lives inside you.

If that’s been true for you lately, I just want to say this:

It’s not because you’re doing it wrong.
It’s because your body still thinks you’re not safe.

Not safe to receive.
Not safe to rest.
Not safe to take up space or be seen in your full expression.

And it makes sense.

So many of us learned — through childhood, society, trauma — that we had to earn our worth.

That we have to do things in order to be loved and feel safe.
That softness was weakness.
That survival was safer than free expression.

But you’re not here to survive anymore.
You’re here to come back to yourself.

That’s why I created the FREE WORTHY WOMAN Masterclass — and I’d love for you to join me.

Inside, we explore:

Why your nervous system has kept you playing small (and how to shift)
How unworthiness shows up in your body, voice, relationships, and work
The identity you’ve outgrown — and the one that’s waiting to be claimed

You'll be guided through a full somatic practice to start shifting your body from feeling unworthy to worthy.

It’s for the woman who’s done pretending she doesn’t know who she is.
And is ready to start living like she remembers.

I’d love to see you inside -> yula-elysian.com/worthy-woman-masterclass/

Much love,

What does feminine power actually mean?

When I started exploring my feminine energy I felt confused..

Being in spiritual communities I saw a lot of the soft spoken, always soft and slow moving women around (and hey - if that’s authentic to you, that’s beautiful!)

But for me it just didn’t quite feel right.

Was I suppose to just always be soft spoken and sensual all the time?

You know when it comes to feminine energy.. she comes in ALL forms. She is what feels good and true to YOU in YOUR body - whatever that may look like.

For me? I have found so many parts of myself that I all try to honor and give space to.

Am I sometimes soft spoken? Of course.

Am I sometimes chaotic and loud? Yep.

Am I sometimes crying on my knees on the ground? Definitely.

Am I sometimes laughing, dancing and singing, saturated with aliveness? Oh hell yeah.

Feminine energy and it’s expression is unique to YOU. No one should tell you what it looks like because it is wildly different for every woman.

This is the beauty of this journey. To unravel the layers and dive to our own depths to find out exactly what our feminine expression looks and feels like in our bodies.

Don’t compare yourself, thinking you should be more like this and that. Allow yourself to be inspired, then go within to find your own magic. Your own aliveness. Your own layered, at times contradicting, but definitely beautiful self.

If you want to find inspiration to explore your inner world and expression, have a look at ‘The Voices of our Womb’ Membership & Healing Library where you will be guided through many practices to return home to yourself.
