Last week, I had the incredible experience of attending the NAEC 2025 Conference. As an adult with autism who has loved elevators since childhood, it was truly amazing. I've never felt so welcomed for just being myself – someone with autism who loves elevators. I want to thank Michael Ryan from Peelle for making my attendance possible. I made valuable connections and friends, and I hope they will continue to support my mission of "elevating autism one lift at a time." I saw some awesome elevator technology and even did karaoke. I also had the pleasure of meeting the event director, and I'm planning to either have a booth or speak at next year's conference to share my story. I believe my story can be valuable in explaining the connection between autism and elevator enthusiasm as well as how to work with somebody who has autism. Autism is a spectrum. Some experience few challenges, while others face significant ones. Growing up, my family was told I'd never be independent, but now I run a successful YouTube channel, an elevator museum, and advocate for those with autism. Even as an adult it can be challenging at times and I still continue to have people try to hold me back and put me down (including some other elevator enthusiasts) however I will continue to stay strong and peruse what I love and not let people drag me down.

This is a pretty big deal. As of now. 1 week smoke free. What is a bigger deal is I have gone over 24 hours without my nicorette. I am killing breath mints and chewing gum though.

For the first time in over 10 years, I have officially gone 24 hours without a cigarette or vape. I am taking my goal of quitting very seriously so far this Nicorette has been working fantastic. My goal is to be completely nicotine free in the next couple months. I am so proud of myself.

It is embarrassing that I even need to make a post like this. This is in regards to bullying. There are some people that leave annoying yet HARMLESS comments on my videos. While the comments may be slightly annoying, the people making these comments are not violating rules of this channel or YouTube in general. What IS wrong is the fact that people are bullying the posters of these comments. elevaTOURS is a place where all are welcome. People of all different ages and mental abilities are welcome here. If somebody makes a comment that annoys you, JUST IGONRE IT! Do not tell the poster to shut up or any other form of bullying. Please everyone. Just be nice to each other. I am going to start removing nasty comments directed at any individual or group of people. Leaving your comment and saying “no Brandon” or any other person is not acceptable. If you don’t like somebody it is very easy to block or ignore somebody.

Had a nice visit down at the Elevator Museum today! Meet Declan! A 12 year old young man from Florida with Autism. His mom said he was a long time follower of my YouTube channel and has wanted to visit for years. Today his dream came true and I sent him home with a Dover traditional hall lantern as well!
