بہار اور جھارکھنڈ کے اقلیتی مسائل پر پروفیسر شاہد اختر اور محمد شہاب الدین کی اہم ملاقات
نئی دہلی، 11 جون 2026:
قومی کمیشن برائے اقلیتی تعلیمی ادارہ جات، حکومتِ ہند (NCMEI) کے چیئرمین پروفیسر شاہد اختر اور عزیزیہ رحمانی ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن، نئی دہلی کے بانی محمد شہاب الدین (اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر و صدرِ شعبۂ اردو، مارواڑی کالج، بھاگلپور) کے درمیان نئی دہلی میں واقع قومی کمیشن برائے اقلیتی تعلیمی ادارہ جات کے دفتر میں ایک اہم ملاقات منعقد ہوئی۔
ملاقات کے دوران ریاست بہار اور جھارکھنڈ کی اقلیتی برادریوں کو درپیش مختلف تعلیمی، سماجی اور ترقیاتی مسائل پر تفصیلی تبادلۂ خیال کیا گیا۔ محمد شہاب الدین نے اقلیتی تعلیمی اداروں کو درپیش چیلنجز، معیاری تعلیم تک رسائی، سرکاری فلاحی اسکیموں کے مؤثر نفاذ اور اقلیتی تعلیمی حقوق کے حوالے سے عوامی بیداری کی ضرورت پر روشنی ڈالی۔
پروفیسر شاہد اختر نے یقین دلایا کہ کمیشن اقلیتوں کے تعلیمی حقوق کے تحفظ اور فروغ کے لیے پوری طرح پُرعزم ہے۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ تعلیمی اور سماجی تنظیمیں تعلیم کے فروغ اور پسماندہ طبقات کو بااختیار بنانے میں نہایت اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔
محمد شہاب الدین نے چیئرمین پروفیسر شاہد اختر کو عزیزیہ رحمانی ایجوکیشنل اینڈ ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کی جانب سے بہار، جھارکھنڈ اور دیگر علاقوں میں جاری تعلیمی و فلاحی سرگرمیوں سے آگاہ کیا۔ انہوں نے فاؤنڈیشن کے زیرِ اہتمام 29 مارچ 2026 کو "حقِ تعلیم (RTE) ایکٹ: نفاذ میں مسائل اور خدشات"
Right to Education Act: Issues and Concerns in Implementation) کے موضوع پر منعقدہ یک روزہ قومی سیمینار کی کامیابی کا بھی ذکر کیا، جس پر پروفیسر شاہد اختر نے فاؤنڈیشن کو مبارکباد پیش کی اور اس نوعیت کی علمی و تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کو قابلِ ستائش قرار دیا۔
ملاقات خوشگوار ماحول میں اختتام پذیر ہوئی اور مستقبل میں اقلیتی تعلیمی مسائل کے حل کے لیے باہمی تعاون جاری رکھنے پر اتفاق کیا گیا۔

Meeting Between Prof. Shahid Akhtar and Md Shahabuddin on Minority Issues in Bihar and Jharkhand

New Delhi, June 11, 2026:

An important meeting was held between Prof. Shahid Akhtar, Chairman of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (NCMEI), Government of India, and Md Shahabuddin, Founder of Azizia Rahmani Educational and Welfare Foundation, New Delhi, and Assistant Professor & Head of the Department of Urdu, Marwari College, Bhagalpur, at the office of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions in New Delhi.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various educational, social, and developmental issues faced by minority communities in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand. Md Shahabuddin highlighted the challenges faced by minority educational institutions, access to quality education, the effective implementation of government welfare schemes, and the need to create greater public awareness regarding minority educational rights.

Prof. Shahid Akhtar assured that the Commission remains fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the educational rights of minorities. He emphasized that educational and social organizations play a vital role in advancing education and empowering marginalized sections of society.

Md Shahabuddin briefed Prof. Shahid Akhtar on the educational and welfare activities being carried out by Azizia Rahmani Educational and Welfare Foundation in Bihar, Jharkhand, and other regions. He also shared the success of the one-day National Seminar on “Right to Education (RTE) Act: Issues and Concerns in Implementation,” organized by the Foundation on March 29, 2026. Prof. Shahid Akhtar congratulated the Foundation on the successful organization of the seminar and appreciated such academic and educational initiatives as highly commendable.

The meeting concluded in a cordial atmosphere, and both sides agreed to continue mutual cooperation in addressing the educational concerns of minority communities and promoting their overall development.
