Make sure you have Restricted Mode turned OFF!!! It might currently be turned on.
on PC
-click your profile picture logo in the corner
-look for a shield icon that says Restricted Mode. Make sure its off
on Mobile
-click your profile picture logo in the corner
-click on the gear icon that takes you to Settings
-under Account go to General
-find Restricted Mode with slider next to it
-make sure the node is on the left and greyed out, that means its off
