It's confirmed Captain America will return in AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY

The four trailers for Doomsday that will be attached to Avatar: Fire and Ash will be about the Marvel Trinity in the first three and the last one will be the full teaser trailer. Captain America is the first trailer followed by Thor and Doctor Doom.

This is legit as Supes did a trailer reaction to one of the four (Captain America teaser) and he said that Marvel sent him the footage.

During a private Disney event, Marvel Studios began promoting Avengers: Doomsday by announcing several different teams. However, these teams only include cast members who were officially revealed during the livestream on March 27, 2025. The teams presented were Sam Wilson’s Avengers, The New Avengers, The Wakandans, The Fantastic Four, and The X-Men.

Thanks to Marvel, we now know who will be part of Sam Wilson’s Avengers. The roster includes Captain America (Sam Wilson), Falcon (Joaquin Torres), Thor, Shang-Chi, Ant-Man, and Loki. For those expecting Loki to lead his own team, turns out that isn’t the case. And for those hoping Shuri would be included, she isn’t; instead, she will have her own team alongside M’Baku and Namor.

In my opinion, the lineup is good, but it still feels incomplete. Like, where’s Captain Marvel? Where’s Doctor Strange, Hawkeye, The Wasp, Hulk, Spider-Man, etc.? Where’s the rest of the roster? We’ll likely find out soon, especially with the first trailer for Avengers: Doomsday expected to debut alongside the release of Avatar: Fire and Ash.

The character of Rick Flag Sr. is really confusing. In Creature Commandos, he worked alongside Task Force M and even became friends with Frankenstein, which they're metahumans. But now, in Superman and Peacemaker Season 2, he’s suddenly turning against metahumans. Considering how Peacemaker Season 2 ended, is he going to turn against Frankenstein and the Commandos? He’s honestly worse than Amanda Waller. He needs to be gone, bruh.
