The Reframe Queen

Things get fixed when you stop trying to fix them.

This is one of the many paradoxes comprising this reality.

Attempting to continually resolve a problem is what keeps it alive.

This is why when you step away or focus on doing something else, the answer comes to you.

Problems only exist when they’re brought into consciousness.

Place your attention on something else and watch all dilemmas disappear.

How many of your choices are made out of limitation?

We find ourselves moving in circles because we believe what we really want is not possible.

We continually attempt to find a comfortable seat at tables we don’t even desire to sit at.

What if you actually went for that “impossible” thing you wanted?

Whether it is making money without working for it or traveling to Neptune.

Do not believe the constraints of the conditioned mind.

Anything is possible in a dream.

Once we make the choice to do the things we actually desire to do even with fear, that is when fear begins to fade.

It is no longer your lightpost and you are no longer its slave.

If you experience fear, you are on the verge of something remarkable.

Let it go.

The real you is always unmoved.

So many of our relationships are born out of “needing.”

Our pursuits are often driven by the false belief in a deficit, that there is something in us that needs to be made whole once again.

It is not until we are forced into solitude that we recognize that was never us.

We have no choice but to face the fear of being alone and in facing it, we are never controlled by it again.

Fear does not last forever.

Fear is ALWAYS a release.

And once you release it, you will begin to pursue things because you enjoy them, not because you need them.

What a novel idea, right?

What if you’re here to have fun?

It’s not that you don’t love who you are; you don’t know who you are.

Manifestation is a journey back to self.

Once you wake up, you realize all of the ways you’ve been limiting yourself.

All of the ways you’ve been compromising who you are for a paycheck, for love, for anything.

Believing you have to sacrifice some part of yourself to get what you want.

Loving yourself is a natural byproduct of discovering who you REALLY are…beneath the conditions you once believed were necessary to get your needs met.

Remove the shackles of compromise and start setting intentions for what you REALLY desire.

If you could genuinely choose ANYTHING, what would it be?

It is ALL possible in a dream.

What is “bad” karma?

From a manifestation perspective, “bad” karma is the unconscious regenerating of undesirable circumstances.

So, it is not necessarily objectively bad. It just refers to the continual manifestation of what we don’t desire, and then experiencing the consequences of that.

Every choice we make and every action we take has a ripple effect.

And when we continually make decisions from fear, that is when we find ourselves sitting in an unfavorable reality.

This is why we talk about nervous system regulation. So that we can begin to make choices in the direction of the things we want and remain calm through it all because it is our body that controls our actions. We repeatedly make decisions that are not aligned with who we really are due to the discomfort that arises in the body.

We transcend this by finding ways to regulate our nervous system so that we can finally remain true to ourselves without the influence of conditioned false fear.

That is when we start experiencing a positive ripple effect.

Find out what’s important to you, train your body to feel calm receiving it, and watch it materialize into your reality.

Be so positive, it’s controversial.
Be so optimistic, it’s triggering to others.
Be so joyous that people question your sanity.

Positivity is necessary to master manifestation.

We’ve been trained to believe optimism is naïveté, but it’s actually wisdom.

Preparing is low vibrational.

It implies that you’ve got to plan for something unpredictable.

But you create reality.

Why would you have to prepare for something you designed?

You’re always safe if you decide to be.

BIG love,

Are limiting beliefs actually holding you back?

Or is THAT a limiting belief?

There is no greater force that can so easily pierce through the subconscious mind than unconditional love.

All unfavorable circumstances were born out of resistance aka conditional love. i.e. a parent resisting the way their child is showing up, which manifests as unkind behavior in adulthood.

When we choose to not resist unfavorable circumstances and people, they have no choice but to change.

We are getting to the root of the issue.

Understand the gravity of you fully accepting your current circumstances. You are practicing unconditional love.

This is the hilarious paradox:

You want to live in your dream reality? Love the “unlovable” and watch your circumstances change.
