Most people worry about low B12.
But I’ve been seeing more patients ,especially older adults , with sky-high B12 levels (above 2000 pg/ml) and unexplained fatigue, muscle pain, and weakness.
It’s not always a “vitamin overload.” Sometimes, it’s your liver, kidney, or bone marrow crying for attention.

👉 If you or your parents are taking multivitamins or B12 injections “just to boost energy,” stop and get your levels checked.

Over-supplementation can mask real issues.
