So thankfully I haven’t been hit by the AI verifications or (at least so far) YouTube’s stupid restrictions. However I’d feel bad if I were just to continue business as usual when so many others are being screwed over, especially since I haven’t been able to bring myself to fully boycott the platform .
YouTube seems to have taken some slight notice of the backlash they been receiving.
So what should I do?

This is fucking scary. I’m 17, and I dont wanna be restricted like this, nor do I want an AI touching mine or anyone’s data
No one should be forced to give their data to companies to use their products. It’s an extreme invasion of privacy and I’m shocked these types of laws got approved in the UK and are being considered for the US
We can’t let this be approved. Share this info and keep pushing back

I didn’t know much of Tiny Chef until the recent (and extremely heartbreaking) announcement of the show’s cancellation, but now that I do, I have to say, he is baby and deserves the world.
Normally I can’t bring myself to be super angry at Nick’s refusal to give anything not based on a preexisting IP a chance. As much as it sucks, It’s been like that since like 2009, and it’s unlikely for things to change.
But seeing the pure sorrow in that announcement video, which I’m sure is how the crew themselves felt over the news, really brings out the rage in me.
That said there is a bit of hope. There is an official site offering ways to show support for the series and hopefully save it.
