We suck currently at accountability, suck at it, and for a lot of people it’s the answer to the trivia question when you actually understand it, it’s actually fundamentally true. you are capable of doing anything, you are capable of firing your employees, you are capable of breaking up in your relationship, you are capable of moving to another town another country, you are capable of selling your home and downgrading your home to a smaller home so you’re always not tight on money. You are capable of all of it but, we don’t like that we like to blame all our problems.

People don't want to be consistent because they don't like to persevere through the bullsh*t... a hat 🧢 tip to everyone who just 'gets through it,' grinds through it, has grit in their soul & just realized that the strength to get through the days when it’s not easy is the key 🔑 to the accomplishments one desires. Sooooo many of you in my dm’s are so damn talented but you’re gonna lose to someone who has less of it because they have their mental game down and are willing to get through the tougher days and can tune out the external and even internal noise at times and 'get it done.
