I am a Clinical Yoga Therapist in Nashville, Tennessee where I was born and raised. I have been pursuing a low toxic, eco-friendly lifestyle since 2020.

Bringing an authentic down to earth approach to everything I do, I love finding ways to be creative in all aspects of my life. From yoga sequencing to my personal clothing style, there is an underlying current of creativity that is foundational to who I am and what I am about. I love to apply that in ways that are positively affecting people's lives. Thus, bringing a sense of wholeness and maybe some sunshine along the way to my clients.
