Pappardelle al Ragù 🍝 This dish is straight from my family traditions! Pappardelle with slow-cooked wild boar ragù. Every year, we enjoy it at my great-grandparents’ old house in the mountains, and it never fails to bring everyone together.
The pasta melts in your mouth, the ragù is rich with love and patience, and if your butcher can get you wild boar, you MUST try it at least once in your life. It’s an unforgettable flavour ❤️

GNOCCHI ALLA SORRENTINA… but even BETTER 🤌 This dish comes from the magical town of Sorrento, where the sea breeze mixes with the smell of tomato sauce and freshly melted mozzarella. If you grew up in Southern Italy, you know this one. Crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside… filled with grape jam, chocolate, almonds, or whatever Nonna had in the pantry. In Abruzzo we call them Caggiunitt, and every family makes them a little differently, but the joy is always the same. These are the bites that disappear before they even reach the table!
