Many random media outlets pricing in 50bps rate cut this week. This is bad imo. No sign shows the FED is turning overly dovish at this time. This is likely a manipulation tactic to trap investors.

What we know for sure is that 75bps cut is not happening. Whether 25bps or 50bps, we are still on track for a year of liquidity injection.

The media is trying to spin the narrative for 25bps to be bearish and 50bps to be bullish.

Don't get shaken out if we only see 25bps. And don't get overly bullish if we see 50bps. It really does not matter since there is no trade to be made here at this event.

This will be a volatile week. Stay safe.
