Life has an algorithm just Like You Tube does! It gives you more of what you take. If you do nothing but first person shooter games- It will push endless zombies and terrorists in front of you to deal with and you will get no rest!
If you like small furry kittens, Iife will line up endless meaningless distraction for you and you will get nowhere fast.
Show the algorithm that you like fast paced adventure with your own personal reward as a goal- and life will take you seriously- That is why we are here for! to learn and experience as much as possible, to prepare us for what comes next. Next minute, next chapter, next level, next frequency. I'm a 5D lifestyler now.
If I was going to do terminal cancer- I might as well do it alone right? and be alergic to chemo too. And cop untold flack for experimenting with weird alt therapies too. Why not? Add in the struggle of losing a loved one, throw in some legal issues, dodgy lawyers and financial stress and finding out that they paid for a hit on me. Its all character building, It just makes you a better player.
I will win this game- and when I win, I will do it with such style and efficiency that the bas^&rds dare not come back for another go!

8 years on, YouTube has given me feedback and validation on what I'm good at I think.


Spending a year sorting my several sheds full of odd and hard to justify useful stuff in case this cancer does get me. Has given me time to self realise, learn new skills and get rid of an aweful (note spelling) lot of baggage.



I am in awe of how things are changing for me. In that time, I lost my mum as well. she was in a care home, 93 and half years old and just wanted to have a go on one of those Lime Scooters.- "they just leave them around town and you plug them into your phone and it navigates you where you need to go, you know?" She was hilarious.


I wish that I could drop a photo here, cos, 4 years back, two gorgeous women wandered into my heart and my home. One was 40 and the other was 9.
I met the daughter first. We paired up at a day to help build the collaborative Cob cottage featured on my channel page. youtube.com/@t.h.o.r.
She is an old soul and has lots of smarts. She is musician, linguist, dancer, crocheter, knitter, small critter saver, horse lover, voracious reader of sci fi fantasy and above all, A doer -not a 'gunna'.


Her mum was shy and mysterious, I was 20 years older* and not a lecherous twat. A frenzship** developed. I soon built them a cabin each and they lived in my yard for 3 years! But the trouble was, Mum was exotic- 1/4 parts, Russian ballerina- Scientist/academic- Comedic goddess and Tractor! Oh, and she has a kind of undercoverKGBspy vibe going on as well. She looks a lot like prez 47's wife too, so it all helps.


I couldn't help myself, I set about manifesting a union. Now, 4 years on, we have all adopted each other. It's fun. We have formed a tribe. A safe, three legged wobble proof base to work from for 3 societal outliers.

Getting well from a terminal diagnosis has made me so f%$king well!
Diet, Head space, Relationships, Self worth- are all off the charts. - I just have to keep this body working.

Mum’s will is being challenged by her powerful and well resourced ex- lawyer. I’m a nobody with nothing but my smarts and an awful lot of lovely people on my channel who have paid me the nicest complements over the years and skilled me up in so many ways. So, somehow, im hoping we can all get all together on this and get me this channel cranked back up again?
Its been a two way street on this channel since day one .It never would of happened if it were not for a lovely Welsh/Kiwi You Tuber called Dafyyd Roberts who convinced me to give it a go. then helped me tirelessly until my channel became even more popular than his own!

I used to make a living with fixit videos on here and selling oyster mushrooms and stuff the girls were making to get by at the farmers market on Saturdays. Life was grand.
Im now on a sickness benefit with a broken car and $90 a week to live on after the mortgage. (death grip). The girls are living in a field 200km away now- which sucks. But its for the now. The bright 13 year old’s education prospects up there are really positive and we three stand together - Right!


Seriously, I'm just doing the last push to get stuff sorted around here. Expensive IT issues- F-you Gill Bates and Windows! then Ill be doing massive video catch ups on all the epic shit Ive been doing instead of dying!

Remember remember the 5th of November.
On November 5, 1881, colonial troops invaded the peaceful Māori settlement of Parihaka, led by prophets Te Whiti o Rongomai and Tohu Kākahi. The residents responded with non-violent resistance, but the troops demolished the village, confiscated land, destroyed crops, and arrested around 1,600 men, women, and children. The event is a significant and painful part of New Zealand's history, representing the violent suppression of peaceful resistance to land confiscation.
Parihaka was a self-sufficient community of Māori dispossessed during the New Zealand Wars and was a symbol of resistance to the government's land confiscation policies.
On November 5, 1881, around 1,600 Crown troops invaded the settlement. They were met with peaceful resistance, including singing children, but the troops proceeded to arrest the leaders, destroy homes, and confiscate land.
Many of the arrested were imprisoned without trial on the South Island where they were used as slave labour to build government buildings in Dunedin

The government then passed a law, the West Coast Peace Preservation Act, 1882, which allowed leaders like Te Whiti and Tohu to be imprisoned indefinitely.
The government eventually issued an apology for the treatment of the people of Parihaka, acknowledging their dignity and courage in the face of oppression.
Parihaka remains a symbol of non-violent resistance and a reminder of the injustices suffered under Government. It is a day commemorated in New Zealand history, often referred to as "Te Rā o te Pāhua" or "The Day of Plunder".
