Just get the most out of your existence, that is all.

Basically, I make videos about different things. Then attempt to mix them together with some music and visuals to keep them somewhat interesting and stimulating. This can be from self-improvement, philosophy, money, fitness, or existential stuff, etc. and another stuff I find interesting. I don't wanna make videos on just one thing. The ultimate goal is that you get value from each video and something that can actually make an impact in your life or the way you see things about the world.

If I've done that then I'm happy. so enjoy :)

For those who watch YouTube on a laptop/computer:

Unhook

Not sponsored at all but it's a shortcut I've downloaded this extension a while ago and is extremely helpful. Basically it removes everything from YouTube home page. It can also remove all shorts, thumbnails, comments, playlists, notification, subscriptions, etc.

Whenever I am trying to focus or search something specific, I turn it on and it helps A LOT with focus.

Because what happens a lot (when I don't have it on) I look something up or am looking for a video then an hour later i'm 8 videos deep watching a video I don't even care about. This extension removes everything and is extremely helpful

Then whenever I want to have fun and consume I turn it off. But whenever I'm focused I try to make a habit of turning it on

(it's a shame this doesn't exist on phones)

anyways, enjoy and have a good one :)

Why I Deleted YouTube from My Phone as a “YouTuber”

I already deleted TikTok, Instagram — basically every social media platform.
But YouTube was the one I could never remove.

It’s been on my phone since I was a kid. And I always told myself it was different.
It’s educational. It’s productive. I’m a YouTuber, so I needed it.

But after spending 2–3 hours a day watching videos — even “helpful” ones — I had to ask:
Is this actually helping me move towards my current?
Or am I just addicted to watching “productive” videos for the dopamine hit?

So I deleted the app. Before my brain could talk me out of it.

Instantly, my screen time dropped in half. (It was around 5 hours before with YouTube being around half of that)

I shared the full story here — what led up to it, what changed after, how I still use YouTube, and why you might want to try it too:

At the end, you'll remember the quiet moments better than the louder ones.

idk if that makes sense but it sounded cool lol

Unlimited Gratitude Hack: The Last Time

Realize there will be a last time for everything that you do.

Whenever you were young, there was a last time you went down a slide.

A last time to talked to a person.

A last time you'll eat at a restaurant

A last time you go on a family vacation

A last time to listen to a song

This is the last time you'll live this day.

The last time you'll be your age.

The last time you'll ever live.

Everyday is the last time you will do something. Then never have that moment again for all time.

Something about knowing it's the last time can make the moments we exist in that much more sweet and brings focus to that moment.

I made a video about this a while ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_7xm...

In the book "The Top 5 Regrets of the Dying" by Bronnie Ware, the most common regrets are:

I wish I’d had the courage to live true to myself, not what others expected.

I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.

I wish I’d expressed my feelings more.

I wish I stayed in touch with friends.

I wish I let myself be happier.

And I have a prediction — in 40-50 years, around 2075, when we’re the ones at the end of life, there’ll be a 6th:

6. I wish I hadn’t spent so much of my life on that damn phone.

Hello 👋 Quick Update:

I’m working on something behind the scenes that I really want to be useful to you. It’s the biggest project I’ve ever worked on, and I’m really trying to get it right for you.

It’s about Focus.

A lot of younger people—like you and me—want more out of life. We want to actually enjoy our time here, have something to look forward to, something real to work towards.

But the only way to get there… is through focus. And almost nobody has it anymore.

You’ve probably seen it. Maybe you’ve read books, watched videos, looked up to people doing things, or even tried building habits yourself. And over time, you realize something: every situation is different, but one thing shows up again and again — long-term focus.

Without focus, nothing worthwhile happens. Like, what can you really accomplish if you can't focus?

My most popular video (brain rot) was about the biggest reason why focus is disappearing. The world we live in — social media, short-form content, constant noise — it’s wrecking our ability to sit still, to think, to focus. Everything’s become hazy. And it’s only going to get worse.

Most people will live their entire lives distracted — never creating the life they actually want — simply because they can’t focus on what matters.

The whole reason I started this channel is to help people get the most out of their existence. But you can’t do that unless you figure out what you want and focus on it. That’s the foundation. Without it, nothing else works.

So that’s why I’m focused (get it lol) on building something to help with that. I hope it’s truly valuable and helpful when I come out with it.

Anyways, videos are still coming, just working on BTS systems and stuff. I don't want to just make videos for views, clicks and attention. If you give me your attention, I want to give something in return rather than wasted time like the rest of the internet.

Thanks for reading and for being here :)

Sleep right. Eat right. Move more.

Over the past few years, like most people, I’ve dealt with brain fog, mood swings, low motivation — the usual annoying shit that make it hard to think clearly or stay focused on the things we actually care about.

And if you start to go down the self improvement rabbit hole — you hear about all these different tactics and hacks and tips that never end. But i've realized that NOTHING matters if you don't have the base.

And 90% of the foundation is:

Sleep right. Eat right. Move more.

They sound so simple and they are. And it's one of those things where people are like "mAn ThAT's sO B0rInG, EvErYoNe kNoWs tHat" which is true. most people do know this stuff.

But. Are you doing it though?

Are you consistently sleeping well, eating right, and moving your body? (I can also throw in getting off your phone in there as well but we all know that nobody's gonna listen.)

If not, nothing else can be built on top of it.

Whenever I feel down and can't focus on what I need to and feel as if my brain is moving in 1000 different directions, I always come back to those three things. And 99 times out of 100, more than one of those is out of order.

The reason these are so important is because it gives you energy and focus. The main ingredient for doing anything worthwhile. If you don't have these things, never expect to get rid of brain fog.

If you want to kill brain fog and stop feeling stuck, and find focus again, stop searching for hacks or some short cut. Just start here. It is the "shortcut" Once you do those things, then you can look for optimizing.

I really can't emphasize this enough over words. Just please staple those 3 things to the front of your mind whenever the haze comes. usually that's the problem (at least in my experience)

A lot of success comes down to doing the obvious things for an extraordinary period of time without convincing yourself you're smarter than you think you are.
