Finding time for the gym as a busy student is not an easy task...

ESPECIALLY if your just starting out. I mean it takes time to dial in your nutrition, training and recovery in order to make progress. If doing all of that we may find yourself losing motivation to continue on your fitness journey...

Just dont quit.

Im telling you as someone who used to be in your exact position who wanted to quit and throw it all out the window. I would not have made it so far today if I quit. I kept showing up even when I didnt want to.

BUT it took 2x as long to make progress BECAUSE I had to motivate my self constantly. And to be honest I just coudnt and wouldnt sometimes.
