Is Preparing for Government Jobs and Waiting for Vacancies Necessary?
Hello Friends,
This is Exam Logics. Today, we'll discuss whether preparing for government jobs and waiting for 5-6 years for vacancies is necessary.
Our answer is a resounding no. According to our survey, many students who received IT job offers between 2015 and 2018 declined them to pursue government jobs. After years of preparation, they found that there weren't enough vacancies in government and public sector undertakings (PSUs) to fulfill their aspirations. This delay hindered their job-hunting abilities.
Therefore, we recommend starting government job preparation during college. This approach makes it easier to crack exams at a younger age and develop strong interview skills.
Ideally, one year of focused preparation is sufficient. Afterward, gaining experience in private jobs is essential. A friend of mine, who failed to join Msedcl as an Assistant Engineer, successfully cracked the Deputy Executive Engineer exam after three years of private sector experience. This highlights the importance of practical experience in government job pursuits.

MAHAGENCO exam coming near. As per our discussion with resources probable dates for exam in 3 rd week of feb or 1 st week of march. IBPS will conduct the exam and will declare result within 50 days after completion of exam. Students are requested to accelerate the preparation and shine with colors.
