This is a raw honest look into the life of an adopted single mom of six with Bipolar II and Avoidant Personality Disorder. I am a writer, recording artist, and recovering addict documenting my healing journey to self-mastery. I am raising teenagers alone on a budget, healing myself and my family from early childhood trauma, cooking delicious homemade vegan food, and seeking to understand the true nature of God and my place in this world. I am building a strong supportive community where we share information and inspiration with the collective goal of healing ourselves and our families from trauma. I learn everyday. I seek to improve every day. Then, I share the knowledge that I acquire.
