Mellow Mood

The foundation to ‘Play No Banger’ was laid in 2022, when we first started working on the instrumental track.

We left the track sitting there for a while and picked it back up in 2024 when we asked our dear brother ‪@NaamanOfficial‬ to join us and we sent him a demo.

He got back to us with a wonderful verse, infused with soul and solemnity.

This song is very special to us, written in a time of socio-cultural and political unrest, it’s our dedication to the ones out there who love and search for uplifting and conscious music.

We met our dear brother ‪@NaamanOfficial‬ in 2015 in Kingston Jamaica…when we say music takes you places, it really does.
‪@NaamanOfficial‬ was on his path to become a music star, young, lively and full of light.
We had been thinking about making a song with him for quite some time, but we never had the right song.
We believe this was the right one.
