Panther Run is a brand-new master-planned community in the Wellness Way corridor, stretching between US-27 and the Orange County line near Clermont. Out of its 2,241 total acres, 1,626 acres (over 72%) will be permanently protected as lakes, wetlands, uplands, and open green space.

They’re also designing a dedicated wildlife corridor to connect with the larger Florida Wildlife Corridor, plus:

🚴‍♂️ 11 miles of community walking & cycling paths

When complete, the community is planned to include around 2,600 homes, retail spaces, hotels, a high school site, and a public safety complex.

Groundbreaking is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027

Tesla’s driverless Robotaxi is now operating in parts of the city. You can request a fully autonomous ride through the Tesla app — no driver required.

Right now the service area is focused around the Semoran / Lee Vista corridor near the airport. It doesn’t reach downtown, the theme parks, or airport terminals yet… but this is a big first step.

Orlando keeps evolving — and so does the way we get around it.

It’s early, but Orlando continues to attract the kind of innovation that makes living here more convenient (and exciting).
