For years, I thought healing meant fixing myself. Fixing my emotions. Fixing my thoughts. Fixing whatever I believed was “wrong” with me. But none of that ever worked. What actually changed my life wasn’t fighting the label. It was questioning the story I built under it. The story that said: - This is as good as it gets. - This is just who I am now. - I can only handle so much. - People like me don’t get better. Those stories felt true because I had lived with them for so long. No one ever taught me to question them. They just became the lens I saw everything through. Healing didn’t start when the label went away. It started when I stopped letting it decide what was possible for me That’s the missing piece for so many people. Not more coping. Not more tracking symptoms Not more advice. But learning how to see the story you’ve been living inside and realizing you’re allowed to question it. That’s the work I help people do now. Because once you can see the story, you finally have a choice. And that’s where real healing begins. PROUD OF YOU 💙 Walking with you, Leasha

For years, I asked the wrong question. “Why am I like this?” “Why can’t I change?” “Why do I feel this way?” That question sounds harmless. It isn’t. Why keeps you stuck in the past. Why turns pain into identity. Why puts you in the position of someone something happened to not someone who can change it. Nothing shifted in my life until I changed the question. Instead of asking why, I started asking: What am I believing right now? That question does something different. It puts you back in the driver’s seat. It exposes the story running the moment. It turns confusion into awareness. “I’m not enough.” “This will never change.” “I always mess things up.” Those aren’t truths. They’re beliefs and beliefs can be questioned. Why asks you to explain yourself. What asks you to take your power back. And that shift changes everything. 👇Comment BELIEF if you’re ready to stop asking powerless questions. The stories you tell yourself shape everything. Not the obvious ones. The quiet ones you don’t even realize you believe. - “I’m not good at that.” - “This is just who I am.” - “I always mess things up.” - “I can’t handle more than this.” These stories don’t feel like stories. They feel like facts. And because they feel true, you build your life around them. You avoid opportunities because of a story. You settle in relationships because of a story. You stop trying because of a story. That’s how people get stuck without realizing it. Nothing is actually wrong with you. You’re not broken. You’re not incapable. You’re not beyond change. You’re living inside a story that was never questioned. I lived there for years. Not because I lacked insight. Not because I didn’t understand my pain. But because I never learned how to question the stories shaping my choices. The moment things started to shift wasn’t when I felt better. It was when I asked a different question: “Is this actually true… or is this just a story I learned to survive?” Most people stay stuck because they don’t know how to question the story. That’s the work I help people do. Separating who you are from the stories you’ve been telling yourself for years. 👇 Comment BELIEF if this made something click. For years, I thought healing meant fixing myself.
Fixing my emotions.
Fixing my thoughts.
Fixing whatever I believed was “wrong” with me.
But none of that ever worked.
What actually changed my life wasn’t fighting the label.
It was questioning the story I built under it.
The story that said:
- This is as good as it gets.
- This is just who I am now.
- I can only handle so much.
- People like me don’t get better.
Those stories felt true because I had lived with them for so long.
No one ever taught me to question them.
They just became the lens I saw everything through.
Healing didn’t start when the label went away.
It started when I stopped letting it decide what was possible for me
That’s the missing piece for so many people.
Not more coping.
Not more tracking symptoms
Not more advice.
But learning how to see the story you’ve been living inside and realizing you’re allowed to question it.
That’s the work I help people do now.
Because once you can see the story, you finally have a choice.
And that’s where real healing begins.
