We’re in our early and late 30s and we’ve been married for almost two years and yes, we get this question a lot. The truth is, we don’t have kids yet not because of any problem, but simply because it’s our choice.
We deeply appreciate the concern behind the question but we’re choosing to live at our own pace instead of pressuring ourselves to follow society’s timeline that says, “At this age, dapat may anak ka na.”
Parenthood is a lifelong commitment and we believe it’s something you step into with full readiness and intention, not because of pressure or expectation. We trust in God’s perfect timing and when that moment comes, we’ll welcome it with open hearts. But for now, we’re choosing to fully embrace this season of our marriage, growing together, building our dreams and cherishing each moment as husband and wife.
So please no matter what season you're in, single, married, parenting or waiting, it's our hope and prayer that you choose to fully maximize and embrace it. Don’t be afraid to live differently and break free from timelines that are not your own. Pursue your passions, tick off that bucket list and live life at your own pace and on your own terms. ❤️
