With humor targeted at adults, I show you that you're never too old to learn to cook. Each recipe video walks you through a foolproof recipe that you can easily recreate at home. I share cooking tips, basic cooking techniques, and offer substitutions for unusual ingredients so that anyone can learn to cook! Cooking lessons are my passion. I've even written a 300-page cookbook on the topic: Learn to Cook!
Being from Texas, my recipe videos cover Tex-Mex, interior Mexican, and classic American dishes. I do mostly savory recipes, quick meals and budget-friendly dinners, lunch & breakfast recipes. I love spicy food, but I encourage you to experiment and find your own way in the kitchen. Jalapeños optional!
