Pushing Through the Setbacks | Body Fat Below 9% & Still Grinding
This week wasn’t perfect, but it was productive.
Had to temporarily stop calisthenics training due to a back injury — frustrating, but not the end of the road. Pivoted to weight training to stay consistent and keep moving forward.
Despite the setback, I hit a personal milestone: dropped below 9% body fat — feeling lean, focused, and stronger mentally.
I’m also 11 days deep into my 20-day clean eating challenge — just 9 days to go. This challenge has been a game-changer for discipline and recovery.
Remember: consistency beats perfection. Injuries might slow you down, but they don’t have to stop you.
