I’m Dr. Swarnim, an intern doctor at the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. I’ve started a new series called Internship Diaries where I share the day to day reality of my intern life — the work, the challenges, the learning, the small victories, and everything in between.
If you are a medical aspirant, an MBBS student, my junior, or simply someone curious about what life as an intern doctor actually looks like, you’re most welcome to be part of this journey.
