Choosing plant-based eating and lifestyle change over invasive medical options I improved my health and lost 60 pounds over the course of a year. Then I got the cancer diagnosis. A year spent doing chemo and radiation- the adventures chronicled here. I am currently in my third, and final !/?/!!! year on Lupron. I have gotten into visiting state highpoints as a motivation to get out and exercise. In addition to sharing what has worked for me health-wise I post videos exploring other interests and gadgets that catch my eye.
