Headline after headline reflects the volatility in the market and that uncertainty can and will trickle down to everyday workers. And when you have that level of insecurity, your coworkers can soon become your opps.

Your work and worth at the job most definitely will be scrutinized. You might get an email telling you to "name five things you did last week." It is in these situations, anxiety boosts workplace bullying. People--especially a woman who has a LOT to lose if she loses her job--will engage in Hunger Games-like behaviors in which you might be a target.

The Left has lost another one. Let me tell you why. In the few years during and after COVID, I have seen a shift in the political discourse on a party that I thought, for all my life, was a compassionate, empathetic, yet LEVEL HEADED party and pushed for change on noble issues like civil rights, gay marriage, equal opportunities in the workplace and morality that wasn't based on Christianity but on ethics. But what I have witnessed in the recent past is a level of negative discourse with those who are heavily affiliated, whom, if you do not agree 100% with all their beliefs and policies, you are MAGA. Because I have issues with their prioritizing things that actually HURT our country--like criminals who shouldn't be here, allowing MEN to win over 900 medals that were supposed to be for women, allowing drugs to KILL people and homelessness to go rampant, allowing factions to riot and destroy businesses in the name of "wokeness" are some of them. But the BIGGEST problem I have with them is their inability to see ANY wrongs that they have done that have gotten them to the point where they are, where we ALL are, with a magnitude of political and financial uncertainty that affects and worries us. The truth is, DEMOCRATS are the reason the orange man is in office, because you made people like me, who had questions, who maybe didn't agree with EVERYTHING, feel small and stupid. Hell...I'm not even a mom, I'm a birther. I watched how they systematically concerted to destroy anyone of consequence who dared disagree with them. The harnesses on speech, and by extension, thoughts. The "softer, gentler" party has become mean. And when you have ANY pushback at all, they call YOU a horrible person. If you have any sort of power, they will work tirelessly to strip it all way from you. They have encouraged friends and families to separate because of political disagreements. They keep telling us the world is ending in fives minutes because of Trump. They are hysterical and hyperbolic. And I know I'm not alone. News that the dems have the lowest approval rating is decades was just released. This party is alienating people. It alienated me. This country is F'ed.

Not commenting on such a horrific situation, plenty of people already have a lot to say. But this woman must be heartbroken, terrified, and racked with guilt. I don't know her life, but as a mom I can imagine how devastating this could be. No "she-wudda-cudda-shudda" from me, just a virtual hug and prayers for all. Not a time to judge anyone, this woman needs our help. Part of femininity is deep nurturing and compassion, especially for other women.
