Row 1 : ch 3, dc across
Row 2: ch 4, * skip 1, dc, ch 1 across
Row 3: ch 3, dc in the dc ( Yarn over, insert hook, pull-up a loop 3 times, yo and go through all stitches) in the chain space, across, dc on the end.
Row 4: ch 4, dc in the wrap stitch, ch 1, dc in the next stitch, ch 1 , repeat across.End with dc.
Row 5: ch 3, dc in each chain space and each stitch across.
