You know that project you keep saying you'll start "someday"? Well, today was our someday!

Just launched Chatora Chora - our new food series exploring Delhi's amazing street food. And we had to start with the legendary Parathe Wali Gali in Chandni Chowk because, honestly, where else would you begin?

So picture this: we're walking through these super narrow lanes, parathas are sizzling in ghee everywhere, and these vendors have been doing this for like 40+ years. The whole place just has this incredible energy.
You know that moment when you take a bite and it's not just food? It's like... memories flooding back? That's exactly what happened to us there.

There's this beautiful quote by Mirza Ghalib: "ये दुनिया मानो जिस्म है और दिल्ली उसकी जान" (This world is like a body, and Delhi is its soul). Standing there, watching all the chaos and tasting those amazing parathas - I finally understood what he meant.
We spent the whole day just chatting with people, trying different flavors, and soaking in all the stories. Every bite felt like we were tasting a piece of Delhi's history.
