If I could create a course for employers for reasonable adjustments in how managers communicate to those with additional needs and to provide non hostile working environment. Also for the employers to have policies that would be all inclusive for everyone. for an example sickness and absences to allow individuals to recover and return to work after the recovery. disciplinary procedures need to change how they carry out disciplinary.
