Have a dragon Danny Phantom

I wrote him into How to Train Your Dragon a while back because it sounded fun. He is dubbed a Phantom Fury by Hiccup and his features are very Night Fury but much sharper. I'll post more refs eventually, including his bioluminescent glowy scales when in The Hidden World.

He retains most of his ghost abilities such as intangability, invisibility, healing, strength, and his ghostly wail. His plasma blasts are the toxic green of his ghost ray and are somewhat stronger than normal plasma. He can also fire a ray of frost to create ice.

She ain't actually a chimera because the writers know literally nothing about cats, her sister died after being born, she didn't get absorbed in utero and it would have been so easy for her ghost sister to be like "You killed me, Moonpaw, before I was even born" and that's a whole resentment and hate she could be harboring this arc even if it wasn't Moonpaw's fault

Also Moonpaw's parents should have been Twigbranch and Finleap and I will die on this hill
