Rangoli or sand art , as the name suggests is a form of art in which rangoli or sand powder is used to make different , colorful and satisfying designs. It is also popularly known as kolam.
Rangoli is a part of the Indian tradition , it is a symbol of positivity and celebration. It is made at the entrance of the house everyday in white but colorful during different festivals like diwali , holi , navratri etc.
