I’m on my way to court RIGHT NOW as part of the pre-conviction punishment process initiated after Sergeant Weand determined my blank green sign was just too offencive to be seen by the general public!
This case is about more than a bad arrest, it’s about your right to speak freely without fear of retaliation!

Today, I formally submitted a comprehensive First Amendment compliance audit of the City of West Tawakoni’s municipal code.

This review was prepared in good faith and in the spirit of constructive civic engagement. Its goal is simple:

Ensure local ordinances align with federal and Texas constitutional law, protect residents’ rights, and reduce the City’s exposure to litigation and taxpayer liability.

Local government works best when it operates transparently, constitutionally, and in partnership with the public. This report provides clear recommendations to modernize policies, correct legal vulnerabilities, and strengthen civil liberties for everyone in West Tawakoni.
