Yesterday I released a new one-hour piano mix from my album Velvet Keys: https://youtu.be/Mt1o1vA1lHw

Along with my favorite keyboard melodies, I paired this music with video from my 22-kilometer hike around Mount Ziyaret.
These are the landscapes I saw and now want to share with you.
I know that many people, busy with work and home, simply don’t have the time or possibility to walk that far with a backpack.

I record photo and video during my hikes, and I create relaxing, instrumental music because I clearly understand the importance of
- slowing down,
- taking breaks from the internet and social media,
- letting ourselves just watch nature,
- listen to pleasant sounds,
- and breathe deeper.

As a psychologist, I know that this kind of mindful pause makes us more emotionally stable, more creative, more sensitive to ourselves, and more empathetic toward others.

This is my mission:

to share what I find beautiful - so it can support your mental and emotional balance.

Sometimes I feel like a failure - thinking of everything I haven’t done, all the dreams I never became.
I fall into darkness, wanting to escape, to switch on “positive thinking.”

But the truth is: when I face the dark, I find stability.

When I admit the parts of me that don’t fit the picture of “success,” then acceptance becomes my strength.

A mature mind is stable not only in moments of praise, but also when it embraces weakness, anger, or lack of motivation.

If I hide this pain and force myself to think only positive, part of me stays closed.
But when I look into the darkness, I become stronger.

Growing up means balance - between the beautiful and the ugly, the light and the shadow.

My “self” is both.
And when I accept it all,
I am brave,
I am adult,
I am in balance.
