Feel More!!! 🌟🎈In life we are taught we need to try harder, to stress, to over think in order to acheive. But In my experience, you can feel your way towards your dreams quicker than you can problem solve your way towards them. This is because our imagination is the blue print, and how we feel is the energy that is fuel to making our dreams comes to life. Did you ever notice when you are in the creative zone or romanticizing life or simply having fun that things seem to flow easier? This is beautiful momentum, almost always from feeling not over thinking. So here are some questions to get you to feel more!!!
1. What are the things you do that make you feel most alive right now?
2. What feels like fun and what feels stuck?
3. Who in your life is supportive of your dreams?
4. In what ways do you self sabotage ? In what ways are you your cheerleader?
6. What quality about yourself makes you grateful to be you?

💫 New! Art prints of my painting ”You can Cry, I Will Listen” are now available to pre-order this week only on my Art shop ! Each print has an original poem I wrote on the back (see slide two) and is hand signed ❤️. I made this piece and poem as an act of radical love. Its at once about being a friend to yourself, choosing to show yourself kindness and grace but also shining that light and mirror on to the people You love who need it.
