Most people and trainers make losing weight so hard that it doesn't help people. Instead, it makes them so stressed out that they give up.

It shouldn't be so hard or leave you exhausted every day.

It shouldn't make you starve yourself to pursue weight loss.

It shouldn't be the only thing on your mind.

You can do it without having to feel like 💩 all day, or without giving up certain food groups.

To lose weight, you need to eat fewer calories than you burn.

Once you have figured out how many calories you need to eat to be in a moderate deficit, start improving the quality of your sleep.

The quality of the foods you eat

No, you don't have to switch to a keto diet or become a vegan.

You can start by doing more of the things that would help you get healthier.

Exercise regularly to get stronger and improve your physical, emotional, and mental health, not to burn calories, FFS.

And no matter what you do, you should stick to your plan at least 80% of the time if you want to see big changes. Most people start but give up after 3–4 weeks because they think it's too slow, don't trust that it'll ever work, or don't trust themselves.

That's like getting excited about ordering something online without seeing it and then canceling it after 10 minutes because it hasn't arrived yet. 🤷‍♂️

So yes, it's very likely that you will not see the results in 3–4 weeks. That much is certain!

It takes a lot of time.

Not to lose weight, but to improve your habits or build new ones and set up more structure, without which you will get nowhere.

And even if you do for a while, you will always fall off. That's actually the truth! I am not making it up.
