Should i start over?

Recently, Nikocado meme vids has been copy-right struck and i fear my videos will be copyright struck too. And to add that, i wasn't even prepared when I created this channel. I created it out of entertainment and this channel isn't really going anywhere, So the only question is..

Should I just start over again and try to be more original and planned for what i'm going to upload and what my video ideas should be?
