Welcome to Ivy's Kitchen! I really never used to know how to cook. I would be intimidated to cook because I wasn't sure if the dish would turn out right or if I would be wasting my time & money. Fast forward, being familiar with different flavors and ingredients, I decided to recreate recipes to my taste. I am not a chef, nor did I go to culinary school, I am a home cook. On my channel, I will show you how easy it is to make quality food at home and how to transform leftovers into another dish. Cooking does not have to be scary. It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a food pic or video. I have been so busy with my schedule. I hope to post a food reel soon! This photo is a dish I just made. It’s been awhile since I’ve cooked a meal for friends to enjoy. Here is my version of Mexican Spaghetti. I saw a youtuber post a video on this and I wanted to recreate it. The sauce was super creamy, flavorful and mas delicioso! The sauce is made out of roasted poblano peppers, serrano chili, garlic, onion, cream cheese, milk, mexican creama and chicken bouillon. So FIRE! I topped the spaghetti with shredded panelo cheese. I served it with seasoned panko crusted fried chicken, which turned out tender, moist and juicy! Should I post a video on this?

Hello Everyone, I made Tofu Sisg- a twist on the original pork sisig. This is great to snack on while having beer/drinks #pulutan or as a meal with rice. Although the egg yolk broke, this dish still came out delish. Omit the egg to make this vegan friendly. The tofu came out crunchy on the outside and tender in the inside. Perfect balance of savory and spicy with a hint of citrus from the calamansi. Let me know if you’d like to see a video on this. I am also open to other suggestions and requests.
