What feels like a delay is not defeat.

🛐 God is still working even in the dark.

Holy Saturday reminds us that some of God’s greatest victories happen in hidden places, in waiting seasons, in moments when nothing seems to be happening.

Good Friday is the darkest day and the brightest display of love.

👉 Jesus was tried though innocent.
👉 He was sentenced though blameless.
👉 He was crucified though righteous.
👉 He was buried… but not defeated.

Every nail, every wound, every drop of blood tells one story 🩸love paid the price for our salvation.

✝️ The cross was not an accident. It was a mission.
Not a defeat but a victory in disguise.

🤔 Today, we remember: He took our place so we could take His life.

✝️ Because of the cross, forgiveness is possible.
✝️ Because of the cross, hope is alive.

When life presses hard and storms rage around us, where do we find our strength? The disciples faced threats, persecution, and danger after healing the crippled man. But instead of praying for protection from their enemies, they prayed something radical: "Lord, give us BOLDNESS."

True joy isn't happiness that depends on circumstances. Joy is defiance against despair. It's saying "it is well with my soul" when everything around you is falling apart. It's the confidence that comes from knowing who you serve.

The disciples didn't pray small prayers because they served a BIG God. They didn't ask for the threats to stop - they asked for courage to face them. They didn't retreat - they advanced. They didn't hide - they proclaimed with boldness.

This Advent season, remember: Joy begins in community. Joy is rooted in God's Word. Joy leads to bigger prayers. Joy is the fruit of God's presence.

You are a carrier of joy. When everyone around you is complaining, you have an opportunity to show them there's a God who is in control. When circumstances try to overwhelm you, your joy becomes a testimony that you live above and beyond those circumstances.

Family isn't perfect, but it's what God has given us. Even dysfunctional families work together for the good of God's children. Don't throw them away - be an agent of reconciliation.

Let your joy be visible this season. Be the person who brings hope into every room you enter.
