Hadise, born in Belgium in 1985, gained international acclaim and continues her music career in Turkey. She first gained recognition through Idols 2003 in Belgium and soon signed with 2 Brains Records, releasing her debut album Sweat. Her single Stir Me Up charted in Europe and brought her fame in Turkey.

Her Turkish career took off with Deli Oğlan, a Turkish adaptation of A Good Kiss, with lyrics by Sezen Aksu. Due to her success, she was chosen to represent Turkey at Eurovision 2009 with Düm Tek Tek. Hadise continues to expand her career with Turkish and English albums.
