I want to express my deep gratitude to Simone for inviting me to participate in Soul Sessions. I was very vulnerable, afraid to share my experiences, but your guidance and support carried me through.

The outpouring of messages since the episode aired has been overwhelming, and I am grateful that we were able to touch people and open a conversation about grief and how to overcome it.

Thank you all for tuning in, for your positive messages, and for reassuring me that we are okay and that we have a village we can call upon. For those who asked to watch the episode, here it is!
