The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge!

Join us for an awesome weekend as we take on and climb Yorkshire’s three highest peaks back-to-back!

What You Need to Know

Date: 6th–7th June
Location: Yorkshire

1. Weekend Adventure
No need to take time off work! We travel to Yorkshire from Stratford on Saturday 6th June, complete the challenge the following day, and return to Stratford on Sunday evening.

2. All Inclusive
Everything is included, travel, food, accommodation, and guides.

3. It’s Tough!
You’ll climb all three peaks in around 12 hours, so this is not to be taken lightly. But if you’ve done challenges or boot camps with me before, you’ll know exactly what to expect, and you’ll absolutely smash it. We are here to support you with training too!

We are only running one challenge this year and we can only take 12, so don’t miss out.

I’m currently designing this year’s programs, and the 90-Day Summer Body Boot Camp is going to be my biggest, most detailed, and most supported program to date.

The YouTube version will be designed to be done at home using kettlebells and dumbbells. We’ll be exploring HIIT, Tabata, AMRAPs, PHA, strength, mobility, and core training.

But when it comes to the workouts, what equipment do you want included?

Kettlebells are my most popular, followed by dumbbells, while bodyweight sessions are the least popular. So I’m debating whether to remove purely bodyweight workouts (which I don’t usually do!).
