Beginner 2 Finisher Training Systems

I'm on my weight loss journey this year. Started Jan 2nd (never ever Jan 1st) and I'm still going. This is what my breakfast snacks and lunch consists of for the most part. Extra Protein shakes on strength training days. Absolutely no fried food (NONE!), minimal chip consumption, and ZERO alcohol for 35 days straight. Since Jan 2nd to present I have lost 27.3 pounds.
