I implemented the @Paycheck2Portfolio method at the end of August. We have a little over $11k invested without margin and $18k with margin. I used some margin to pay my car down and then sold it to Carmax as we have 2 other vehicles just before I was furloughed. The timing was perfect! Doing this has freed up close to a thousand dollars per month on car note and insurance payments. Once off furlough I will pick back up investing my entire paycheck and living out of the brokerage account. As you can see from the screenshots just a small account is already generating over $600 a month in dividends a month with these high yield ETFS and closed end funds.

I’m just checking in with yall. I’m still on furlough. But not letting that stop me! I’ve been participating in the @exodussummit over the last 3 days! It’s been worth the price of admissions!
