How are you ?

I pray with all my heart you are doing FANTASTIC and your summer months have been amazing so far and will only get better 🌸

For us, as the saying goes, we planned and G.od laughed!

I had all the intentions in the world to come back on YouTube in July but G.od had other plans.

Many unforeseen events crossed our path during the last few months : some amazing ( weddings, birth,…) and some challenging : thank G.od for both.
We are gradually coming back to some degree of normalcy in our life and routines and we are so grateful to G.od for that.

Being now in the 3 weeks of mourning in our Jewish calendar it is not an opportune time to publish a new video but G.od willing I will be back by the beginning of September G.od willing ( I pray to G.od with all my heart He will approve that plan!)

Know that I pray for you every day and I am so grateful you are in my life.

I miss you so much and cannot wait to see you soon .

How are you my sweet friend ?

I have missed you so much!

I have to start by apologizing to you: i am very very sorry I didn’t talk to you in the past few weeks: life has been a bit crazy!

Work has been absolutely Bonkers ( more changes in the teams / more juniors and a very high rate of quitting ( no surprise there!) and since after Passover, right after work I have been tutoring full time our daughter for her big government exam next Sunday so as you can imagine my time to do anything else beside work, children, home, tutoring has been inexistent!!

I hope to be back online as soon as possible to spend more time with you : hopefully by the beginning of July G.od willing!

Until then I pray to G.od to give you everything you need : love , joy, prosperity and above all health

Wishing you all a chag sameach or Happy Shavuot

As Orthodox Jews we have a long standing custom to bake key shaped challah ( also called shlissel challah by our Hasidic and Ashkenazi sisters ) for the 1st Shabbat after Pesach or Passover as this period is an opportune time to pray to G.od to give us the “key” for success in all realms of life whether financial , health, finding a soulmate, recovery ❤️‍🩹 ,….

To honour this wonderful tradition I will go LIVE this Friday May 3rd at 1PM EST to share with you some of my favourite key shaped challah designs.
It will be a wonderful time to connect together BzH

If you want to shape with me your challah

Here is our favourite challah recipe

2.5 kg or 5.5 lbs of bread flour
50g sugar or 1/4 cup ( add to taste)
50g of salt 3 tbsp
375 ml or 1 1/2 cup of neutral oil ( I like sunflower 🌻 or avocado 🥑 oil)
500ml of warm water 💧
6 large eggs 🥚

For the yeast cake
2 cups of warm water
15g of sugar
30 g of yeast

Hello my friend
I missed you so much!
I hope you are doing FANTASTIC! BzH/ G.od willing

I am finally landing in my feet after 3 weeks of our life being put in “tornado 🌪️ mode” !!!
Between one of my colleagues being now on sick leave at work, being a reduced staff and consequently all of us had to pitch in to cover, cleaning and cooking for Passover as well as many other challenges thrown in the mix let’s just say it has been hectic thank G.od but throughout all these events I am so grateful to G.od everyone was well BH and we are now entering a much more peaceful period of our life being blessed to enter the Jewish Holiday of Pesach/ Passover BH

I wanted to take this very auspicious time to wish you my friend a Chag kasher v’sameach aka a Happy Passover
May this period of miracles and Salvation accompany you and your family now and for all Eternity
May G.od bless you and your family with love, serenity, success ,closeness to Him and Health
