The best trade on a Friday is often no trade at all!

A lot of traders blow their weekly profits by forcing trades in choppy Friday liquidity. For me? Fridays are for protecting capital and investing in myself. 🧠👏🏾Hit the gym, grabbed a post workout smoothie, and stayed completely away from the screens.

If you want to stop blowing your small account, you have to learn to love the sidelines.
