That doesn't change the fact that in most instances, balance IS the right answer: in our diets, our fitness routines, our relationships with others, and even our indulgences.
Balance also serves us well in our #communitybuilding efforts, because authentic relationships with other people require us to both connect deeply to ourselves AND truly listen 👂 to those around us.
